Refund policy

We are sorry to see you may wish to return your item, but don't worry! We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please notify us of any returns by emailing lydiahilldesigns@gmail.com and we will send you the return address.

Please kindly note that return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is incorrect or faulty, in which case please state this in the email and it will be covered by us.

Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and can take up to 5 business days to process. We advise you to retain proof of postage and use a tracked service for high-value orders.
